Eddie Chau Founder & CEO Before founding Brandtology, Eddie was the founder and CEO of e-Cop Pte Ltd, which grew to become a market leader in the Infomation Security Industry. He pioneered the first 24×7 Managed Security Services in the world with e-Cop which was acquired in 2007 by a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd. Previously, Eddie had held senior management positions in IBM (NYSE:IBM) and Computer Associates Inc (Nasdaq:CA). Drawing on his vast experience, he has also been interviewed on CNBC Asia, Channel NewsAsia, Intelligent Enterprise, MIS Asia and Network Computing Asia, among others. Eddie holds an MSc in Communication Engineering from Imperial College, London. |

Eden Lau Co-Founder & Managing Director (North Asia) Eden gained extensive exposure in the China market when he joined the CASH Group (HKSE:1049) in 2005 as Group Marketing Director and CEO of one of the retail subsidiaries. He built a team from scratch and started a retail chain business in Shanghai, and was involved in managing an on-line MMORPG game business. During that period, he witnessed the strong growth of social media in China. Before moving into China, Eden held senior brand and marketing positions in Hutchison Telecom (HKSE:2322) and Hongkong Telecom/PCCW (HKSE:0008) where he pioneered quantitative analytics in studying brand and customer dynamics. Eden holds a MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and also completed an International Executive Development Program in INSEAD, France. |

Alvin Chan Co-Founder & VP of Research & Development Alvin was a senior research scientist with Singapore’s DSO National Laboratories that provided leading-edge capabilities to the Singapore Armed Forces and contributed towards Singapore’s national security. A specialist in the areas of information leakages, counter-intelligence activities and critical infrastructure protection, he analysed emerging threats and identified technology to secure and enhance business processes. Alvin graduated from the University of Aberdeen, with a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 1st class honours and obtained his PhD in Engineering from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, specializing in the application of neural networks in information retrieval, software reverse engineering and network intrusion detection. |

Kelly Choo Co-Founder & Business Development Director Intrigued by the widespread influence of Social Media on society and organisations, Kelly took up a teaching assistant role in the 1st Asian Facebook development course. Before that, he was involved in computing security in the Singapore Armed Forces. Whilst studying in UPenn/ Wharton, he also worked as an IT consultant and was involved in launching two start-ups in the US, as well as advising a few more. Kelly holds an Honors Degree in Computing (e-Commerce) with a minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore. |
